Walker Sensei holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California Institute of Integral Studies, and is currently doing graduate work there in Somatic Psychology. He is a speaker and activist for the Neurodiversity and Autistic Rights Movements. In addition to his regular Aikido classes, he conducts trainings in Aikido-based conflict resolution strategies for various groups, particularly marginalized and at-risk populations and the people who work with those populations. Walker Sensei is a longtime member of the transformational physical theatre group Paratheatrical Research, and appears in the group's documentary films Crux and Orphans of Delirium, and in various indie feature films, including The Greater Circulation and The Invisible Forest.

Since 2001, Reichart Sensei has explored the application of Aikido principles in business, in his capacity as Director of Operations for Beezwax Datatools, Inc., a company dedicated to creating individually-tailored win-win relationships with all its clients and workers. He is also co-leader of the Wide Sky Men's Council and the Long Beach Fire Tenders, two groups dedicated to supporting men in developing peaceful power.

Eric
Zuckerman Sensei has
been training with Nick Walker Sensei since 1996. In addition to his black
belt rank in Aikido, he has earned a brown belt (2nd kup) in Tae Kwon Do
Chung Do Kwan. He received a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Albany in 1992,
and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management,
with a focus on workplace conflict resolution, at Golden Gate University.
